What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be prorated, so you only pay for what you use. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. Credit card is required as a security check and authorisation for later upgrades if needed. You can explore all features and cancel anytime during the trial period.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you exceed your plan limits, we will notify you and you can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional capacity. We will never automatically charge you without your consent.
Do you offer discounts for annual plans?
Yes! When you choose annual billing, you get 1 month free (11 months for the price of 12). This represents a significant savings compared to monthly billing.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
What support is included with my plan?
All plans include email support with a response time of 24-48 hours. Property Manager, Asset Manager and Custom plans include priority support with faster response times and phone support.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption, regular security audits, and comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations. Your data is stored in secure, SOC 2 certified data centers.
Can I integrate AIRE PMS with other software?
Yes, AIRE PMS offers comprehensive API access and integrations with popular property management tools, accounting software, and booking platforms. Check our Developers section for API documentation.
What is the difference between the plans?
The Private plan includes essential features for individual proptery owners and / small property managers. The Property Manager plan adds features like Parcel Delivery, Room booking, community News and Tenants Chat. The Asset Manager plan includes all features plus Payments, Smart Locking and Agentic Workflows. Check the Plans table for the Users and Tenants included.
